Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept most PPO plans and some Medicare plans. Please bring your insurance card to your appointment, and we’ll verify your coverage and file a claim on your behalf.

Does your dental office treat children?
Yes! Our office is very family-friendly, and the team has extensive experience working with children.

How do I transfer dental records?
Call or email your former dental office and request that they transfer your records to a new dentist. They’ll usually have you fill out a release form to authorize the transfer. Once you sign the form, they will send your records to our office electronically.
